Job opening: HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (24–32 hours)

Location: The Hague

At Publieke Zaken , a solid foundation was laid last year for a professional HR organization. Now it is time for the next phase: further building, deepening, and developing. That is why we are looking for an experienced all-round HR professional who can connect people and operate with confidence and overview throughout the entire organization.

What will you do?

This is a broad and independent HR role in which you will be active in both operational and strategic areas. You interact easily with all levels of the organization and are an accessible discussion partner for colleagues and management.

Your duties will include:

  • Drafting and managing employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Advising on HR issues and contributing ideas about future developments
  • Translating organizational developments into appropriate HR policy
  • Ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processing
    (knowledge of Loket is a major advantage)
  • Applying and monitoring laws and regulations
  • Identifying bottlenecks and proactively bringing issues to attention
  • Giving and receiving feedback in an open and constructive manner

 

In addition, there are a number of substantive HR topics ready to be further developed, such as:

  • The transition to the new pension system
  • Setting up and further developing a training structure and coaching
  • Further professionalization of the salary and job classification system
  • Monitoring the implementation and follow-up of the RI&E

 

Who are you?

  • You are an experienced, all-round HR professional.
  • You have thorough knowledge of the HR profession and relevant laws and regulations.
  • You work independently, take initiative, and maintain an overview.
  • You are a connector who builds trust within the organization.
  • You communicate openly, clearly, and honestly.
  • You feel comfortable in an informal organization with short lines of communication.
