The position
As Controller, you are ultimately responsible for the financial administration and ensure that all financial processes run smoothly. This is a new position within our organization, giving you the opportunity to shape and optimize this role yourself. We are looking for someone who works independently, is analytically strong and has an eye for detail.

Your responsibilities

• Financial Administration: Entering and processing invoices, providing invoicing to clients and managing accounts receivable/creditors.

• Monitoring & follow-up: Monitor customer self-billing systems and take proactive action in case of discrepancies.

• Contract Management: Maintain and track purchase orders and ensure smooth billing flow.

• Reporting: Preparation of financial reports and analysis for the management team.

• Strategic contribution: Support the set-up of a new limited liability company and the establishment of internal chargebacks.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven and experienced financial professional who can work independently and enjoys getting stuck into setting up and improving processes. In addition, you are patient and able to get all the necessary information together.

• A salary between €3,000 and €4,500 (depending on experience), with the opportunity to discuss this.
