Noor Schellingerhout works as a political analyst at Publieke Zaken. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a master’s degree in International Relations, with a focus on East Asia, from the University of Groningen.

During her master’s program, she completed an internship at the Dutch Consulate General in Shanghai, where she studied the economic and geopolitical relations between China, the Netherlands, and the European Union. This experience reinforced her interest in the interplay between international developments, economics, and politics.
