Lucas de Graaf is working as a political analyst at Publieke Zaken, where he started at the end of April 2023. Lucas completed both a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in European Politics and External Relations at the University of Amsterdam. In addition to his studies, he gained experience in an advisory role at De Kleine Consultant, a student-run strategy consultancy. Lucas also worked at the PvdA Noord-Holland, where he coordinated the online campaign during the Provincial Council elections (2023) and where he provided substantive support during coalition negotiations as a group member.
