Bart van der Pas works as an energy market analyst at Publieke Zaken, where he started as an intern in April 2022. He completed a bachelor's degree in Economics and Policy and a master's degree in Climate Studies, both at Wageningen University. During his master he studied the technical possibilities and financial feasibility of local CO2 offsets and completed his thesis by modeling the price and price drivers of European emission rights.
