Our approach

Each year, the consultants and analysts at Publieke Zaken support a number of organizations pro bono. Organizations within the climate and energy sector with a strong social component can apply for free public affairs support.

Content focus
At Publieke Zaken , we believe in public affairs advice based on content. Our team of consultants and analysts has in-depth knowledge in the field of climate and energy. Every day they deal with the big issues of the energy transition, always with the motivation to help companies move forward.

Offer
We offer the expertise of our team to work with your organization to solve a complex social or political issue. For example, our experts can further assist you in positioning your organization. Moreover, our experts keep a keen eye on all political developments for you.

Selection criteria and application procedure
Are you employed by a civil society organization (preferably with ANBI status) facing a political dilemma? Then you may qualify for our temporary pro bono advice. In addition, we apply the following selection criteria:

  • You have limited public affairs expertise and resources;
  • Your organization is not affiliated with any political party or movement;
  • Your organization is active in the climate and energy sector or in agriculture, mobility or circularity;
  • Your organization is struggling with a political or social issue.

You can apply for our temporary pro bono advice by sending in a brief explanation that includes 1) a brief description of your organization and your organization's objective, 2) a brief description of the issue you are facing as an organization, 3) a brief explanation of how your organization meets the criteria broken down above.
